The Only Consultant® and Prisma Tax Firm are a small staff of highly qualified individuals being paid a livable wage to provide the best services we can.

We are here to help you and disrespect will not be tolerated. We have the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude.
Client responsibility
We do everything we can to help you navigate tax processes, but we rely on a few very important things from you in order to provide our services:
Tax documents provided in a timely manner (we unfortunately can’t alter IRS deadlines!)
Your organized income and expenses, including all income earned
Personal information that is standard to file your taxes such as your legal name and social security number (don’t worry - we take client confidentiality extremely seriously. My entire team have signed NDAs and adopted highly secure software to ensure the same security of your information you can expect from a traditional tax firm.)
The Only Consultant® Terms and Conditions
Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully, including the Acceptable Website Use provision, which prohibits any unlawful use of the site, including escorting, prostitution, and human trafficking. By using the Service, You represent that You have not been designated by the United States government as a ”Specially Designated National” or other person to whom the provisions of the Service are prohibited. Registration for, and use of, the Service are void where prohibited. You are responsible for determining whether the use of the Service is legal in the jurisdiction in which you access the Website.

The Only Consultant® specifically prohibits any use of the Website or the Service, and You hereby agree not to use the Website or the Service as an escort or prostitute or using the Service to promote, solicit, or engage clients for an escort or prostitution service, or to engage or facilitate human trafficking of any kind, including past escort activities or affiliation with an escort site or service.
